There is a good breeze for a SailAwayday to Helford tomorrow, Sunday 15th June.

The Falmouth Classics Parade of Sail starts off Trefusis around 1030 so we shall have some entertainment en route. The annual MYC Roundwood Quay picnic is coming up next Saturday 21st June, for those who prefer to stay in Carrick Roads. The plan is to anchor near  Grebe Beach (just east of Durgan), respecting the marked no anchor zone, and dinghy ashore for a picnic on the beach around 1300.

It’s a short walk to Durgan for an ice cream or a visit to the National Trust Glendurgan Gardens. The water taxi operates until 2000 at weekends.
