Mylor Yacht Club welcomes all Shrimper 19 sailors to the 2021 Shrimper Open Championships between 3 and 5 September.  Building on the success of last season’s event, MYC will be hosting a weekend of Shrimper racing, entertainment, and social chit chat both on and off the water. The sailing takes place in the beautiful and scenic Carrick Roads, a great location for sailors, families and supporters, and perfect for Shrimper cruising and racing. We can’t wait to welcome you and your family.

The 3 day race series will suit Shrimper sailors of all racing abilities, with a helpful onsite team at Windsport to support the less experienced sailing teams joining in the racing for their first time. It’s not all about winning, and fun prizes will be presented throughout the weekend.

Entries are welcomed from both crewed Shrimpers and singlehanders, and entry fees include all Racing and ticket(s) to a Pasty Supper on Friday; a BBQ on Saturday; and a  Cream Tea Prizegiving on Sunday. Additional Social Tickets for family and supporters are also available on line, or at Registration. A substantial early booking discount is available until 14 August 2021.

Entries are limited to 40 boats so early entry is strongly recommended.
