1 wild mushroom parcel with mushroom bisque
2 crab rarebit, pickled veg, dill creme fraiche
3 chicken caesar croquettes, baby gem, anchovy, crouton, caesar sauce

Mains
4 Roast turkey , roast carrots, sprouts and pancette, mulled red cabbage, Helford kale
5 pumpkin callelloni stuffed with spinach & nutmeg, hazlenut dukkah
6 catch of the day, tomato cassoulet with pine nuts & basil oil
