Smoked salmon, bruschetta, red onion marmalade  and a horseradish cream or garlic portobello mushroom.

Honey glazed pork loin chop, boulangère potatoes, glazed carrots in a honey, thyme and cider cream or wild herb risotto topped with parmesan cheese and toasted nuts.
