An evening learning about the mental health charity Sea Sanctuary, the world's leading exponents of blue health, the concept that exposure to 'blue spaces', such as the sea, has a beneficial effect on mental health.
Michael Wright Michael has participated in the Round the World race and done the Azores and back (AZAB) race. In his Nicolson 31 Liberty Jane for the last 10 years, he has multi-crewed cruised from Rochfort to Lerwick.
An evening being musically entertained by the Ukele Orchastra.
