Our racing friends join this one and some of us cruisers may give it a go.  But it is essential to arrive in time for Pimms aboard a couple of rafted boats before going ashore to enjoy a BBQ or meal at the Helford River Sailing Club with time to soak in the idyllic scene from the balcony.
